By accessing, browsing, or utilizing this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using this website.

1. Permitted Use & Non-Commercial License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information, directory listings, drama schedules, and user interfaces) on STARFILX for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify, republish, or duplicate the website theme, design layout, or code.
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial).
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software or algorithms contained on the website.
• Remove any copyright, watermark, or proprietary notations from the materials.
• Use any automated data scraping, crawling tools, or harvesting bots to extract content without prior written permission.

2. Content and Third-Party Links

STARFILX does not host or store any multimedia files on its infrastructure. All drama media streams accessible via this site are provided and maintained by third-party servers. As such, we have no control over the content, uptime, quality, or legality of those streams.

The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by STARFILX. Use of any linked third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk and subject to the terms and privacy practices of that external service.

3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

When participating in interactive sections of the site (such as comment threads, review submissions, or user ratings), you agree not to post content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, libelous, obscene, harassing, or sexually explicit.
• Infringes on any intellectual property right, patent, trademark, or trade secret of any third party.
• Contains software viruses, malware, spam, unsolicited commercial advertisements, or phishing links.

We reserve the unconditional right to moderate, edit, or delete any comment or user-generated submission that violates these rules without prior notice.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The materials on STARFILX are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. STARFILX makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall STARFILX, its administrators, or contributors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the site, even if advised of the possibility of such damage.

5. Modifications to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. By continuing to access or use our website after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
