Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Policy

1. Notification of Copyright Infringement

It is our strict policy to respond expeditiously to clear, valid notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) and relevant international intellectual property frameworks.

If you are a copyright holder, or an authorized representative thereof, and you believe in good faith that any content, link, or reference made available on our website infringes upon your copyright, please submit a formal written notice containing the information described below.

2. Requirements for a Valid DMCA Notice (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3))

To ensure prompt processing, your DMCA Notification must include substantially the following elements:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of the Copyrighted Work: Clear identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple works at a single site are covered, a representative list of such works.
3. Exact URL(s) on Our Website: Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, including the exact URL(s) on https://www.starfilx.xyz/ where the material is located. (General domain names or show titles without exact page links will cause delay).
4. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and an operational, verifiable email address.
5. Good-Faith Belief Statement: A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

3. Takedown Actions & Response Timeframe

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice adhering to the requirements above, Starfilx Play will take immediate action to:

• Expeditiously remove or disable access to the infringing links or embed references (typically within 24 to 48 hours).
• Notify the affected content publisher or provider regarding the removal.
• Maintain records of notices received to identify and address any repeat infringement issues in accordance with our policies.

4. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must contain: your physical or electronic signature, identification of the material removed, a statement under penalty of perjury of good faith belief, and your agreement to jurisdiction in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3).

5. Repeat Infringers Policy

In compliance with Section 512(i)(1)(A) of the DMCA, Starfilx Play maintains a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances, of users or account holders who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.
